Which shoes you choose depends on you, and both types have their advantages. But choosing the right type is important, because different styles work better in different situations.

Which mountain bike shoe is best for you?

There is no right or wrong answer, but it is worth considering which type of riding you mainly do — XC (cross-country), off-road or gravity-steering — because this will influence your decision.
