前MS2130丨2131时代的USB3.0采集卡长啥样？VS2828+9989拆机

额……老铁们，我老捡国产芯片垃圾的了。

今天简单继续更新一个采集卡的拆机，侧面验证一下论国产芯片的重要性

这款视频采集卡其实咱买了很多年了，但是一直没用上

原因也简单，当年买的时候是在是太贵了，鱼上无原盒二手还要150，根本舍不得用

而且咱当时用采集卡的需求虽然有但是实际上设备跟不上，不少机器都没有带视频编码器的显卡，USB3.0还是靠PCIE转的，所以采集卡的作用就只是个HDMI转USB，那当时的MS2109就已经够用了完全没必要用这个很贵的采集卡（当时基于MS2109的假USB3.0采集卡也就30多块钱包邮虽然没有音频但是也大量用得起）。

如今咱的MS2130已经标配上了4K固件大批量实装了用很长时间，MS2131环出采集卡也有了，甚至MS2130S都已经上手了才想起来有这玩意，也算是终于有机会可以拆机看看情况顺带和国产方案进行对比了

这款采集卡整体来说做工还行，铝合金外框，HDMI环出，有一路音频不知道是输入还是输出（试了下发现有输出功能），USB3.0协议的typeC接口数据兼供电。

实际上使用起来和MS2131感觉效果差不多

然后是拆机

这款拆起来相对比较简单，胶垫下四个螺丝，然后直接就能把塑料上下盖拆下来

然后看到的是板子的背面

然后正面板子上有个很大的硅胶垫，看得出来这玩意发热应该相当不低

然而顶盖是塑料的，所以这玩意散热应该全靠中框

Also, an S/PDIF output is provided to support up to compressed audio of 192 kHz frame rate.

Each IT66021FN comes preprogrammed with a unique HDCP key, in compliance with the HDCP 1.4 standard so as to provide secure transmission of high-definition content. Users of the IT66021FN need not purchase any HDCP keys or ROMs.

大概就是俩HDMI芯片，说实在的以现在的眼光来看相当落后了，什么玩意HDMI功能还得专门做俩芯片

基本就这样了，别的没啥好看的了

作为对比，简单看下国产芯片MS2131方案采集卡的拆机，PCB背面没芯片所有芯片都在正面

基本上同样的功能就一个芯片就能解决

所以相比原有的台版方案是有技术代差的

芯片集成度的提高能有效地降低电路板设计难度同时降低芯片生产成本提高性价比

包括使用起来功耗方面应该都有明显的优势

实测了一下MS2131和这款采集卡的功耗，发现雀食是这么回事

国产方案的功耗比台版方案的功耗低了一半左右吧

至于芯片工艺只能说不知道，最近看了几款MCU的DIESHOT才发现现在的这类芯片大概率都是TSMC 40nm或者UMC等其他FAB的同等工艺。可能采集卡也差不多吧，性能够用，成本较低，便宜好用才是硬道理。

需要注意的是芯片的成本和产品的成本也是要平衡的

过于便宜就会导致很多板子为了卷成本会缩ESD

反正芯片不值钱炸了也就炸了

都不值当加钱买带ESD的板子

采集卡这种东西也不会存什么重要数据，炸了顶多也就没采集卡用了不用在关键设备上倒是问题也不大。

所以便宜也没什么毛病。只有垃圾的价格没有垃圾的产品，MS2130雀食便宜好用，也没必要为了保这么一个芯片付出太高的成本，有ESD的2130采集卡价格直接翻倍已经赶上没ESD的2130S了，所以对于咱来说2130S可以加30块钱买个做工好点的2130就没必要把不到30包邮的采集卡换成60的。
