七零后老登挑战魔都自考英语本科

每隔几年都会在ZDM上发表文章。两年前写了音响，5年前写了骑行，7年前写得是相机，这次写一下英语学习。

阿叔大学学的是计算机专业，年轻时最厌恶英语了。曾幻想着祖国重回大唐盛世，万邦来朝，大家都学汉语而不是英语。在外企被“毒打”十多年后幡然醒悟，重拾英语学习。跟着侃哥学了3年外刊，进步蛮大并点燃了英语学习的热情。终于在去年七月走上了自学考试的道路。

那是平常的一天，刚点开新民晚报的微信公众号，就看到了助学机构的广告。做为晚报的老读者，加之对自学考试有所了解，和老婆商量后就报了。8000大元，两年的网课。学了一年，考了两回。下面结合我做的这个表，谈谈上海外国语大学主考的英语本科专业（专升本）和我这一年多的学习。

去年第一次确定考试科目就打算一次过三门公共课：马克思，习论和近现代史。我报的那家机构极擅长公共课，上网课刷真题背考点，时间堆上去就能过，我甚至没有买教材。就是这三门课重新激活了我的文科脑，之前几十年一直由理科脑主导。也看到网上考友就凭死磕教材也都过了，总之时间一定得堆上去。2025是十四五的收官之年，自考也是赶时髦，旧计划最后的考试就安排在十月份。其实二外我是蛮想学德语的，新计划没得选只有日语。第一门专业课英语写作，我也是稀里糊涂，没有买教材。考试的时候作文自认写的不错，实际也就76分，却成了迄今最高的专业课成绩。贴一下去年的作文题和范文，缅怀一下

首战告捷，要上难度。非英语专业的考生必须加考综合英语(二)，根据网友的经验，我在上完网课后没有太多的准备，算是裸考过的吧。高级英语完全不同，12学分也是各科最高，教材是我国著名翻译家王家湘老师26年前出版的经典，王老师80多了，祝她身体健康！高级英语有个题型称为“小猫钓鱼”，大家应该不陌生。从中考（两小篇五选四）到高考（一整篇11选10），再到大学四六级（一整篇15选10）。高级英语的这个可算这类题型之最：五小篇25选25，堪称“老猫钓鱼”。贴个历年考题大家体验一下，特别是高考英语能到140，四六级600，专四专八70，雅思7分的，不服来试。

做题至少半小时再看答案才有意思噢，下面是答案和解析。

高级英语的应试策略就是熟读32篇课文，这批四门课考前备考的一半时间都花在高级英语上面了，好在结果不错。像高级英语和综合英语这类老教材（均出版于2000年），网上能找到大量的辅导资料（部分收费），包括电子版教材，课文音频，讲解视频，中文翻译等。纸质教材非必须，我也是没买。

英美文学选读算是这批最难的一门课了。主要是23年底出的新教材，没考几次；考试逻辑从之前的重文学史知识认知转变到真正的作品理解和欣赏。这带来巨大的变化，刷之前的考题用处不大。必考作家有70位，必考作品100篇，每篇长度约300-1000词，都需要花大量时间通读吃透。纸质教材必备，78大元啊。推荐二手，京东这个只剩一本了。

阿叔运气算不错，准备到的哈姆雷特，罗素，爱默生等热门篇章人物都考到了，没出啥偏门作家和篇章，64分惊险过关。网上已经能找到原题和答案了，贴出大题供参考

202604英美文学选读全国统考卷最后三题

这批的最后一门，也是最意外的要数这门市统考的英语词汇学，61分是我没想到的，历史新低了。教材采用的是22年张维友版，考纲是上外出的2026新计划第一批。助学机构在考试前俩月才提供视频，老师水平一言难尽。题也算刷了不少，只是该记住的还是没记住。印象中关于修辞特征，有一题要区分暗喻，转喻和提喻。阿叔对三者的区别了然于胸，无奈没有特意记这三个单词，需要全英文答题最后写了拼音，实在是不甘心呢。就这题至少扣了3分。三个单词分别是metaphor, metonymy和synecdoche。考后发现张维友的另一本书，强烈推荐。

除了堆时间和自律，自考最有意思的就是完全由自己来规划学习考试计划，俗称做plan，非常合阿叔的口味。4/11，4/12第二次考完，5/18开通成绩查询，5/19官方公布今年10月份的考试计划和教材。这几天就在做下半年的考试计划，根据阿叔先难后易先苦后甜的宗旨，今年下半年必须再上难度呀。研究了下，剩下的七门课有三门是十五五新计划增加的（二语习得，跨文化交际，欧洲文化入门），2026年之前没有在上海考过；两门课市统考（英语修辞学，二外日语），两门课全国统考（现代语言学，英汉互译）。这些不是新课就是新教材，网上几乎找不到靠谱的学习资料，这样的话，纸质教材成为必须。以下是一眼就确定的下半年三门课的教材链接，照例二手优先

另一门课第一眼确定的是英汉互译，书已购入并读完了第一章。最近的某天突然发现，市统考的课程根据以往惯例每年只考一次，不是你想考就会安排考的。如果选了英汉互译，剩下的三门都是市统考课程两门在上半年考一门在下半年考；如果这次选跨文化交际，剩下的三门课都能在明年上半年一次性搞定。想明白了这个果断换成了跨文化交际，早半年何乐而不为呢。自考的坑比比皆是，谁没踩过几个呢。

最近订购的教材陆续到货，正式开启下半年四门课的学习。最难的无疑是二外日语，阿叔零基础，背个50音两周都记不住，非常的挫败，先扔一边学其他的。计划是花钱报个培训班。语言学是词汇学的超集，N多的新概念新定义让人应接不暇，助学机构的视频还是一言难尽，好在教材主编北外的蓝纯教授附有全英文主讲的视频课。买二手教材也不用担心，B站能找到完整视频。现在出版社想钱想疯了，68元一书一码绑定，逼你买新，好在还有B站。也不竟然，孟庆升版的英汉互译78大元，B站就找不到对应的数字辅导资料:-( 买该书二手教材的要慎重。助学机构还是一如既往的拉跨，欧洲文化和跨文化交际的视频还得等到9月才能上线，权当是复习了。跨文化交际的书还没到，欧洲文化已看完第一章，对自己的英文书籍阅读水平表示欣慰，这几年外刊没有白读。昨天B站刷到四川考友对欧洲文化教材（和上海不同）的控诉，说内容多难度胜过英美文学选读。如果她说的是黄必康2024年版英美文学选读的话，阿叔是不认同的，也许每个人感受不同。

49岁离开职场相比前代人是早了点，但对比40岁找不到合适工作的已足够幸运。最近早上看个NBA，每周中午去上海音乐厅听一场公益性质的音乐会，午饭休息后去公园健身一个半小时，坚持了一年练出了腹肌，生理健康方面应该强过20年前的自己。余下时间大都在学习，刷题，读英文，当然还有刷手机。魔都自考属于小众爱好，搞得也不算好，和一年四考的广东没法比。自考信息获取关注微信公众号“上海教育考试院”。祝广大中年朋友都能安然度过法定退休年龄前的那十多年。
