适合幼儿园阶段的英语分级绘本

I recently read the English graded reader "Horton Hears a Who" by Dr. Seuss. This book is a delightful story about an elephant named Horton who discovers a tiny world living on a speck of dust. The book is filled with colorful illustrations and whimsical rhymes that make it a fun and engaging read for both children and adults.

One of the things I enjoyed most about this book is the message of empathy and kindness that it promotes. Despite being ridiculed and ostracized by the other animals for his belief in the existence of the tiny world, Horton never wavers in his determination to protect and save the Whos. His selflessness and compassion are admirable qualities that we can all strive to emulate in our own lives.

Another aspect of the book that I appreciated was the way it encourages readers to think critically and question authority. The other animals in the story blindly follow their leader's orders without questioning their validity or considering the consequences of their actions. In contrast, Horton's willingness to challenge the status quo and stand up for what he knows is right is a valuable lesson for readers of all ages.

Overall, "Horton Hears a Who" is a wonderful book that teaches important values and life lessons in a fun and engaging way. It is a perfect example of why Dr. Seuss's books have remained popular and beloved for generations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a heartwarming and thought-provoking read.
